If you are arriving by plane, we will be to arrange a shuttle service for you – we have been working together with a reliable taxi company for years. You will be collected at the exit by a driver holding up a sign with your name. Please ask about the cost at the same time as you make your hotel room reservation. We would ask you to inform us in good time when booking this service and to notify us of your outward and return flight details.

We have a very well developed public transport network in the Black Forest which hotel guests can use free of charge with the KONUS card which they are given after check-in at the hotel. Holidaymakers make extensive use of this offer as many villages and excursion destinations are easily accessible by bus and train.
